2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and in any case 13 years of age or older) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process the content.
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the results you generate.

You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating the image-expansion features you request.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree NOT to upload, generate, request, or distribute through the Service any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive in any form, including nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized depictions.
• Sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors in any way (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported as required by law).
• Is violent, gory, graphic, or glorifies or incites violence or self-harm.
• Is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or targets people based on protected characteristics.
• Promotes illegal activity, terrorism, weapons, drugs, or other unlawful goods or services.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Contains personal data of others without lawful basis.
• Attempts to bypass content filters, rate limits, or security controls of the Service or any third-party provider.
• Violates the acceptable use policies of any third-party processor used to operate the Service (e.g., Replicate or other AI providers).

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, remove, refuse to process, block, or terminate access to content or sessions that we believe violate these Terms or applicable law. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

6. Third-party processors

The Service uses third-party providers to perform image processing (including AI-powered outpainting). When you upload an image, it may be transmitted to these providers under their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service also complies with those third-party terms.

7. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features may change, and previously available functionality may be removed.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SERVICE OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators of the Service from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your uploaded content; or (c) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party rights or third-party processor terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including content licenses you have granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above and may require you to re-accept these Terms before continuing to use the Service.
